Ordering items online is simple. During the checkout process you will be asked to supply credit or debit card details.
If your item is in stock, we will aim to deliver it to you within 21 days if you live within the M25 and within 28 days if you live outside the M25. We aim to deliver smaller items such as homeware, gifts and accessories within 5 working days. Please click on our Delivery details page for more information.
If a furniture item is out of stock, rest assured it has already been re-ordered and our stocks are in the process of being replenished. Because the bulk of our furniture comes from the other side of the world, this can take some time, so your patience is appreciated. In these cases, we will telephone you first before processing any payment. With your agreement, we will take a 40 per cent deposit to confirm your order, and the balance will be taken 14 days prior to delivery of your item
