1. How do I pay for my order?Paying for items online is simple. During the checkout process you will be asked to supply credit or debit card details.
2. When can I expect delivery of my furniture?If your item is in stock, please allow up to 21 days for delivery within the M25 and 28 days for delivery elsewhere in the UK. We regret we cannot provide the delivery date of your choice, but aim to notify you of the delivery date in advance.
If the furniture is temporarily out of stock, delivery time may be up to 8-12 weeks. In these cases a payment of 40 per cent of the order value will be taken, and the balance will be deducted 14 days prior to delivery. In these cases we will contact you directly before processing your payment.
3. When can I expect delivery of my accessories, gifts or homeware?We aim to deliver these smaller items within 5 working days. We will contact you directly if this is not the case.
4. Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my goods?We hope you will be thrilled with your Furnituretc purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, provided you notify us within 7 days and return it to us within 21 days in perfect condition in its orginal packaging, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.
