For furniture items in stock, please allow up to 21 days for delivery within the M25 and 28 days for delivery elsewhere in the UK. We regret we cannot provide the delivery date of your choice, but aim to notify you of the delivery date in advance.
While we strive to keep everything in our range in stock, it may be necessary to wait until new shipments come in. If the furniture item you have ordered is out of stock, delivery time may be up to 8-12 weeks. In these cases a payment of only 50 per cent of the value of your order will be taken, and the balance will be deducted approximately 14 days prior to delivery. In these cases we will contact you directly to discuss your order, before processing your payment.
During our sale periods, we will contact you directly before payment is processed to confirm the final discounted price of your order.
We deliver bulky furniture items free of charge within the M25 and for £50 outside the M25. .
Customers are responsible for ensuring access points at the delivery address are large enough to enable the safe delivery of all items. For insurance reasons, our delivery team is not permitted to haul items over balconies or through windows.
Our delivery team will endeavour to deliver an item to a nominated room. If, however, in their opinion an item cannot be delivered into that room without risk of injury to themselves or damage to property or furniture, the item will be left elsewhere at the delivery address.
Furnituretc will be happy to return to our warehouse any item that does not fit at your address for a £40 re-delivery charge. These returned items will be refunded or replaced.
Accessories, gift and homeware we aim to delivery within 5 working days. We will contact you directly if this is not the case.
